Refund Policy (Window Tints)

Want To Return Tints? 

JDMSUPERIOR normally offers easy and no-question returns.

Due to the nature of our window tints being custom cut to each order. We do NOT offer full refunds. Please make sure all vehicle information is correct when submitting your order.

Please note that we usually do not give refunds after your order has been processed or shipped out. You can still return or exchange your product as long as it is in same condition you received it in. We may offer store credit for refunds and returns. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it and receive store credit for the full purchase price.

If your order arrived and is INCORRECT or DOES NOT FIT. We will offer a 100% free replacement for the windows that came incorrect but no refund. 

Want To Exhchange? No Problem! There is a 30-day return policy or in other words, you have 15 days after receiving your item (Delivered) to request a return. After 30 Days we CANNOT accept any returns or refunds.

In order to qualify for a refund, the product MUST be unused and undamaged in its original packaging.

The item you ordered needs to be delivered before submitting for a refund, which means no cancelations while the order is being processed.

CANCEL YOUR ORDER? 

Once an order is processed, the order cannot be canceled.

Once your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to email or notify us in regards to a cancelletion.

Unfortunitly we cannot cancel orders / shipments once they are in transit.

If you'd like to return a non functioning or damaged product, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return just email us at jdmteamhelp@gmail.com. Once your purchase has been eligible for a return, we will email you a free shipping label, ship it out and now just wait for your refund.

There are NO REFUND ALLOWED on any order that used a discount, promo code or on any sort of sale / clearance
